Cancellation and Refund Policy

If check-in & paperwork is not completed properly by your departure time, we have the right to refuse service. We require you to check-in at least 20 – 30 minutes prior to your departure time. Our boats can only take a maximum of 12 passengers (regardless of age) or 2,240 pounds, whichever comes first.


No-shows or those who do not have a driver with the proper credentials and boat license will be charged for the full day rental, and not be refunded. No Exceptions. We have to do this because there is a large demand for boat rentals in our area and reservations are made in advance.


Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Due to the high demand for boat rentals in our area Customers that cancel after the 48-hour period will not be eligible for a refund. 


Customers may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 48-hour cancellation period.


The person signing the rental agreement must be 21 and have a Valid Driver’s License, Cell Phone, a Valid Major Credit Card (for security deposit), and a current Boater's License if required by law. or your reservation may be cancelled. 


All drivers must check in with one of our friendly staff 20-30 minutes before the scheduled departure, with a Valid Driver’s License, Cell Phone and a current Boater's license if required by law. All drivers must be present to be briefed & issued a wristband, otherwise they cannot drive.


If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/day or a full refund will be issued. If there is rain while you are on your trip & you are called back in early, the price will be prorated accordingly, as long as you check in with one staff at end of your trip.

Inclement Weather Policy

Our area is known for its short-lived rain showers. The weather forecast in different portions of Walton and Okaloosa Counties may be completely different. Remember that both counties extend from the Gulf of Mexico to the Alabama border. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made due to rain or storms that occur while you are on the water, or storms in the forecast for the immediate area that is over 48-hours prior to your departure date. 


Prior to your rental, if boating conditions are not favorable and results in a small craft advisory issued by the United States Coast Guard for the Choctawhatchee Bay (generally do to lightning and or high winds), we may cancel your trip and you will receive a full refund.
